摘要
【摘要】目的 探讨中西医结合方法治疗心血管神经症临床治疗效果。方法 选择我院 2017年 5月至 2019年 12月 62例心血管神经症患者作为观察对象，随机将患者分为治疗组（ 31例）和对照组（ 31例），治疗组采用中西医结合方法进行治疗，对照组患者单纯使用西药进行治疗。治疗 3个月比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果 治疗组总有效率为 90.3%，明显高于对照组为（ 67.7%），两组差异，具有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论 中西医结合方法治疗心血管神经症疾病临床效果优于单纯使用西药进行治疗，值得临床推广。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of cardiovascular neurosis. Methods 62 patients with cardiovascular neurosis in our hospital from May 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the observation objects. The patients were randomly divided into treatment group (31 cases) and control group (31 cases). The treatment group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, while the control group was treated with Western Medicine only. After 3 months of treatment, the clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.3%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (67.7%). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is better than western medicine alone in the treatment of cardiovascular neurosis, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
