摘要
【摘要】 目的：探讨全身应用不同抗生素辅助牙周基础治疗侵袭性牙周炎的临床效果。方法：选择笔者所在医院 2018年 1月 -2020年 5月收治的 100例侵袭性牙周炎患者。随机分组，替硝唑治疗组采取全身应用抗生素替硝唑辅助牙周基础治疗，阿奇霉素治疗组则采取全身应用抗生素阿奇霉素辅助牙周基础治疗。比较两组侵袭性牙周炎疗效，侵袭性牙周炎炎症吸收时间、侵袭性牙周炎疼痛消失时间，治疗前后患者牙周炎炎症指标、生活质量，不良作用。结果：阿奇霉素治疗组总有效率高于替硝唑治疗组，治疗后阿奇霉素治疗组牙周炎炎症指标、生活质量均优于替硝唑治疗组，侵袭性牙周炎炎症吸收时间、侵袭性牙周炎疼痛消失时间均短于替硝唑治疗组，差异均有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。两组不良作用发生率比较差异无统计学意义（字 2=0.000， P>0.05）。结论：全身应用抗生素阿奇霉素辅助牙周基础治疗侵袭性牙周炎效果好。

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of systemic application of different antibiotics in the treatment of aggressive periodontitis. Methods: 100 patients with aggressive periodontitis admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to may 2020 were selected. They were randomly divided into two groups: tinidazole treatment group was given systemic antibiotic tinidazole assisted periodontal basic treatment, while azithromycin treatment group was given systemic antibiotic azithromycin auxiliary periodontal basic treatment. The curative effect, inflammatory absorption time, pain disappearance time, inflammatory index, quality of life and adverse effects were compared between the two groups. Results: the total effective rate of azithromycin treatment group was higher than that of tinidazole treatment group. After treatment, periodontitis inflammation index and quality of life in azithromycin treatment group were better than those in Tinidazole treatment group. The inflammatory absorption time and pain disappearance time of invasive periodontitis in azithromycin treatment group were shorter than those in Tinidazole treatment group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse effects between the two groups (word 2 = 0.000, P > 0.05). Conclusion: the systemic application of antibiotic azithromycin in the treatment of aggressive periodontitis is effective.
