摘要
【摘 要】目的：分析格列美脲联合二甲双胍对老年 2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法：选择 2017年 6月～ 2019年 6月来本院接受急诊治疗的 100例 2型糖尿病患者为研究对象，将其分为 2组，每组 50例。对照组应用二甲双胍片，以此为基础，观察组联合应用格列美脲，分析结果。结果：相较于对照组，观察组受试者干预后血脂指标以及血糖指标改善情况明显更好， p<0.05。结论：对于老年 2型糖尿病患者来讲，应用格列美脲联合二甲双胍治疗疾病，可积极控制血糖和血脂，降低不良反应发生概率。安全性强，有效性高，值得进一步推广应用。

Objective: to analyze the clinical effect of glimepiride combined with metformin on elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: 100 patients with type 2 diabetes who received emergency treatment in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected and divided into two groups, 50 cases in each group. The control group used metformin tablets, on this basis, the observation group combined with glimepiride, the results were analyzed. Results: compared with the control group, the improvement of blood lipid index and blood glucose index in the observation group was better than that in the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion: for elderly patients with type 2 diabetes, glimepiride combined with metformin can actively control blood glucose and blood lipid, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. It is safe and effective, which is worthy of further promotion and application.
