摘要
摘要：目的：探索手工微柱凝胶免疫检验法在 ABO、 RhD血型抗原鉴定中的价值。方法：收集本院 2018年 3月～ 2020年 3月不同科室、病种、性别的患者的血液样本 700例，均一分为二，成为 1400例血液样本，分别用手工微柱凝胶法和试管法进行 ABO、 RhD血型抗原鉴定，比较反应结果及反应强度。结果：手工微柱凝胶法和试管法相比，检测结果准确性上无统计学差异（ P>0.05），反应强度上手工微柱凝胶法明显优于试管法。结论：手工微柱凝胶法用于检测 ABO、 RhD血型抗原鉴定，较传统的试管法有一定优势，值得临床推广。

Objective: To explore the value of manual microcolumn gel immunoassay in the identification of ABO and RhD blood group antigens. Methods: one divides into two. Blood samples from 700 patients in different departments, diseases and gender were collected from March 2018 to March 2020. They were divided into 1400 blood samples. The ABO and RhD blood group antigens were identified by manual microcolumn gel method and tube test method respectively, and the results and reaction intensity were compared. Results: there was no statistical difference in accuracy between manual microcolumn gel test and test tube method (P>0.05). Manual microcolumn gel method was superior to test tube method. Conclusion: manual microcolumn gel method has a certain advantage over the traditional test tube method for the detection of ABO and RhD blood group antigens, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
