摘要
【摘要】 目的 对支气管扩张进行中医治疗的临床疗效的分析。方法 资料选自 2017年 6月—— 2019年 12月在本院诊治的支气管扩张的患者 172例，将患者分为 2组，每组 86例，研究组运用中医方案，对照组运用西医方案，对两组进行临床观察。结果 研究组与对照组比较中，研究组的显效 52例（ 60.47%），总有效率为 90.70%；对照组的显效 35例（ 40.70%），总有效率为 72.10%。研究组的临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，两组的数据相比较有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论 采用中医治疗支气管扩张，具有治愈率高、方便简单等特点，值得在临床上推广与应用。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine on bronchiectasis. Methods data were collected from 172 patients with bronchiectasis who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from June 2017 to December 2019. The patients were divided into two groups, 86 in each group. The study group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine and the control group was treated with western medicine. Results compared with the control group, 52 cases (60.47%) in the study group showed significant effect, with a total effective rate of 90.70%; 35 cases (40.70%) in the control group showed significant effect, with a total effective rate of 72.10%. The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the data of the two groups were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion the treatment of bronchiectasis with traditional Chinese medicine has the characteristics of high cure rate, convenience and simplicity, which is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
