摘要
[摘要 ]目的 观察中医辨证论治联合综合疗法治疗带状疱疹的效果观察。方法 将 2018年 6月～ 2020年 6月在我院中医皮肤科诊治的 156例带状疱疹患者随机分为两组，对照组（ 78例）予以阿昔洛韦片等口服、刺疱放液、高能红光照射、季德胜蛇药片外用等综合疗法治疗；治疗组（ 78例）在对照组治疗的基础上加用中医辨证论治内服中药治疗，疗程 10 d。观察两组皮疹愈合消退时间、疼痛消失时间及治疗结束时的临床疗效。结果 治疗 10 d后，治疗组的总有效率为 94.87%，明显高于对照组的 82.05%（ P<0.05）。两组患者用药后均未见明显不良反应。结论 中医辨证论治联合综合疗法治疗带状疱疹能明显提高带状疱疹的治愈率，缩短病程，减轻疼痛。

[Abstract] Objective To observe the effect of syndrome differentiation and treatment combined with comprehensive therapy in the treatment of herpes zoster. method Methods: 156 patients with herpes zoster who were treated in dermatology department of traditional Chinese medicine from June 2018 to June 2020 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (78 cases) was treated with acyclovir tablets, blister drainage, high-energy red light irradiation, Jidesheng snake tablets for external use, etc.; the treatment group (78 cases) was treated with TCM syndrome differentiation and internal Chinese medicine on the basis of the treatment of the control group, with a course of 10 d。 The healing time, pain disappearance time and clinical efficacy at the end of treatment were observed in the two groups. Results after 10 days of treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.87%, which was significantly higher than 82.05% of the control group (P < 0.05). There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups. Conclusion TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment combined with comprehensive therapy can significantly improve the cure rate of herpes zoster, shorten the course of disease and relieve pain.
