摘要
【摘 要】目的：分析总结老年糖尿病护理中协同护理模式所起到的疗效成果。方法：将本院 2018年 1月到 2019年 1月期间 40例老年糖尿病患者进行运用数字随机发随机划分为两组，对照组和研究组，对照组和研究组各 20人。对研究组采用协同护理模式，对照组运用常规护理。比较两组患者护理后的护理满意度和血糖指标。分析探讨协同护理模式在老年糖尿病护理中的实际临床效果。结果：经过研究表明，进行护理实施后，研究组的患者护理满意度、血糖指标都明显比对照组常规护理模式效果更好，结论：协同护理模式在对老年糖尿病患者护理中疗效颇好，对病人的恢复有很大帮助，值得临床推广。

[Abstract] Objective: to analyze and summarize the effect of collaborative nursing model in elderly diabetic nursing. Methods: 40 cases of elderly diabetic patients in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the study group, 20 cases in each group. The study group was given collaborative nursing mode, while the control group was given routine nursing. The nursing satisfaction and blood glucose indexes of the two groups were compared. Objective to analyze and explore the actual clinical effect of collaborative nursing mode in elderly diabetes care. Results: after the study showed that, after the implementation of nursing, the nursing satisfaction and blood glucose indicators of the study group were significantly better than the control group's routine nursing mode. Conclusion: the collaborative nursing mode has a good effect in the nursing of elderly patients with diabetes, which is of great help to the recovery of patients, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
