摘要
摘要：目的：对于中度烧伤患者创面换药过程中进行舒适护理，以探究护理方式对于中度烧伤患者的疼痛所产生的的影响。方法：对我院收治的中度烧伤患者进行筛选，最终选取 100例患者作为研究对象，随机进行分组，之后 50例对照组患者进行传统护理干预方式， 50例实验组患者进行舒适护理。结果：实验组患者在进行舒适护理干预之后情绪稳定性、换药依从性等各项康复依从性指标均较之于对照组为优，两组效果的差异性十分明显（ P<0.05），具有统计学意义。结论：对于中度烧伤患者而言，进行舒适护理可以使患者保持积极向上的情绪，提高治疗的依从性，提高患者对临床护理服务的满意度，值得进一步推广应用【 1】。

Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of nursing methods on the pain of moderate burn patients by comfortable nursing during dressing change. Methods: to select the patients with moderate burn in our hospital, and finally select 100 patients as the research object, randomly divide them into groups. After that, 50 patients in the control group received traditional nursing intervention and 50 patients in the experimental group received comfortable nursing. Results: after comfort nursing intervention, the emotional stability, dressing change compliance and other rehabilitation compliance indexes of patients in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was very significant (P < 0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion: for moderate burn patients, comfortable nursing can keep positive emotions, improve the compliance of treatment, and improve the satisfaction of patients with clinical nursing services, which is worth further promotion and application [1].
