摘要
摘 要：目的：舒适护理干预在老年慢性心衰护理中应用效果及并发症发生率分析。方法：在某医院 2018年 5月— 2019年 5月收治的患者中选择患有慢性心衰的老年患者 120例，将患者随机划分成为治疗组和观察组，治疗组和观察组采用相同的药物治疗形似进行诊疗，治疗组中患者进行舒适护理干预，根据患者的治疗结果以及相关数据进行分析。结果：对治疗组和观察组两组患者进行 SDS、 SAS评分对比，护理前两组患者的相关数据并不具有明显差异（ P>0.05），在进行治疗之后治疗组相关评分更加理想，其中两组患者在气喘缓解时间、心律恢复时间、住院时间方面的数据中，治疗组患者时间更短，并且具有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论：舒适护理干预在老年慢性心衰护理中应用效果较好，可以在临床诊疗中得到广泛应用。

Abstract: Objective: to analyze the effect of comfort nursing intervention in the elderly patients with chronic heart failure and the incidence of complications. Methods: in a hospital from May 2018 to may 2019, 120 elderly patients with chronic heart failure were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the observation group. The treatment group and the observation group were treated with the same drug treatment form. The patients in the treatment group were given comfort nursing intervention, and analyzed according to the treatment results and relevant data. Results: compared the SDS and SAS scores of the patients in the treatment group and the observation group, there was no significant difference between the two groups before the nursing (P > 0.05). After the treatment, the scores of the treatment group were more ideal. Among the data of asthma relief time, rhythm recovery time and hospitalization time of the two groups, the time of the treatment group was shorter, and the patients in the treatment group had the same characteristics Statistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion: comfortable nursing intervention has a good effect in the nursing of elderly patients with chronic heart failure, and can be widely used in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
