摘要
【摘要】目的 探究桑白皮汤加减治疗慢阻肺急性加重期痰热郁肺的临床疗效。方法 将 2015年～ 2019年期间在我院收治的慢阻肺急性加重期痰热郁肺型患者分为两组。对照组采用布地奈德 +特布他林霧化吸入进行治疗，观察组在此基础上加服桑白皮汤加减进行治疗。结果 观察组患者的治疗总有效率为 93.3%，显著高于对照组的 70.0%，两组数据对比具有明显差异（ P<0.05）。结论 对于慢阻肺急性加重期痰热郁肺型患者采用桑白皮汤加减进行治疗，能够有效提高临床疗效，值得推广。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Sangbaipi Decoction in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods patients with acute exacerbation of COPD in our hospital from 2015 to 2019 were divided into two groups. The control group was treated with budesonide + terbutaline aerosol inhalation, and the observation group was treated with Sangbaipi Decoction on the basis of the treatment. Results the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (70.0%). There was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion for patients with acute exacerbation of COPD with phlegm heat stagnation lung type, Sangbaipi decoction can effectively improve the clinical efficacy, which is worthy of promotion.
