摘要
【摘 要】目的：探讨并分析优质护理对老年慢阻肺患者的肺功能和生活质量带来的影响。方法：此次研究的对象是选取 2018年 1月 -2019年 1月到我院接受治疗的 30例老年慢阻肺患者，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并随机平均分配为观察组和对照组，其中对照组患者采取常规护理的方式，观察组患者采用优质护理的方式，然后比较两组患者接受治疗后的肺功能改善情况和生活质量评分。结果：采用优质护理的观察组患者在肺功能改善情况上明显优于对照组患者，在生活质量评分上也明显比对照组患者高，差异具有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论：优质护理对改善老年慢阻肺患者的肺功能和生活质量有着更为明显的效果，在临床护理工作中值得广泛推广与应用。

[Abstract] Objective: To explore and analyze the effect of high quality nursing on pulmonary function and quality of life of elderly patients with COPD. Methods: the object of this study is to select 30 elderly patients with COPD who received treatment in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019, and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, and randomly divided into observation group and control group, in which the control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given high-quality nursing, and then the lung function of the two groups after treatment was compared It can improve the condition and quality of life score. Results: the patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group in the improvement of lung function, and the score of quality of life was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: high quality nursing has a more obvious effect on improving the lung function and quality of life of elderly patients with COPD, which is worthy of extensive promotion and application in clinical nursing work.
