[摘要 ] 目的：研究分析纤维桩利用其独特的物理化学性质，保存修复残根残冠的临床应用。方法：此次研究的对象是选择 112例患者的 168颗患牙，经完善根管治疗且牙周组织健康、牙根有足够长度的牙体缺损患牙。其中穿髓型楔状缺损的牙齿缺损 10颗，邻面缺损 7颗，因特殊原因不做冠 7颗，残根残冠修复形成桩核冠 144颗。结果：经过 2年的临床观察， 168颗牙齿中 161颗完好， 7例失败，其中 1例舌侧充填体折断松动， 2例牙体组织折断，充填体和纤维桩完好， 3例牙颈部折断， 1例纤维状脱落，牙根完好。成功率为 95.8%。其中桩核冠修复成功率为 97.1%，牙体修复成功率为 88.8%。结论：纤维桩通过树脂黏接剂与根管牙本质形成较高的黏接强度，使牙根与修复体之间连接成为一个坚固的整体，从而延长修复体和牙体组织的使用寿命，使修复后的患牙可以承载各种口腔功能性应力。

[Abstract] Objective: To study and analyze the clinical application of fiber post in the preservation and restoration of residual roots and crowns with its unique physical and chemical properties. Methods: 168 teeth of 112 patients were selected in this study. There were 10 teeth with wedge-shaped defects and 7 teeth with adjacent defects. 7 teeth were not made crowns due to special reasons. 144 post core crowns were formed after residual root and crown restoration. Results: after 2 years of clinical observation, 161 of 168 teeth were in good condition, and 7 cases failed. Among them, 1 case of lingual filling was broken and loose, 2 cases of tooth tissue was broken, the filling body and fiber post were intact, 3 cases of cervical fracture, 1 case of fibrous shedding and intact root. The success rate was 95.8%. The success rate of post core crown restoration was 97.1%, and the success rate of tooth restoration was 88.8%. Conclusion: the fiber post can form a strong bonding strength with the root canal dentin through the resin adhesive, which makes the connection between the root and the restoration a solid whole, so as to prolong the service life of the prosthesis and tooth tissue, and make the restored teeth bear various oral functional stresses.
