摘要
【摘要】目的：分析护理干预对膀胱肿瘤术后膀胱灌注患者生活质量的影响。方法：回顾性分析 2017年 4月至 2019年 2月我院 40例膀胱肿瘤术后膀胱灌注患者的临床资料，根据是否采取综合性护理干预进行分组 ;对照组 20例，采取常规护理 ;观察组 20例，采取综合性护理干预 ;对比两组患者治疗依从性，根据癌症治疗功能评价系统的一般量表（ FACT-G），综合评价患者的生活质量，并作对比分析。结果：观察组患者治疗依从性优良率 90%大于对照组 65%，差异具有统计学意义（ P<0.05） ;护理后，观察组患者的躯体维度、社会 /家庭维度、情感维度、功能维度评分均高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论：综合性护理干预对膀胱肿瘤术后膀胱灌注患者的效果确切，可明显改善患者的治疗依从性，对于提高生活质量具有积极作用。

[Abstract] Objective: to analyze the effect of nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with bladder perfusion after bladder tumor surgery. Methods: the clinical data of 40 cases of bladder cancer patients with bladder perfusion after operation from April 2017 to February 2019 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed, and they were divided into groups according to whether comprehensive nursing intervention was adopted; 20 cases in the control group were given routine nursing care; 20 cases in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention; The treatment compliance of the two groups was compared, and the quality of life of the patients was comprehensively evaluated according to the general scale of cancer treatment function evaluation system (FACT-G). Results: the excellent and good rate of treatment compliance in the observation group was 90% higher than that in the control group 65%, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); after nursing, the scores of physical dimension, social / family dimension, emotional dimension and functional dimension of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: comprehensive nursing intervention has a definite effect on bladder perfusion patients after bladder tumor surgery, which can significantly improve the treatment compliance of patients, and has a positive effect on improving the quality of life.
