摘要
摘要：目的 探究脑出血患者在术后行气管切开操作后需要注意的护理要点。方法 择取本院实行脑出血手术、并于术后进行气管切开操作的患者共 42例，随机分组并实行不同护理模式， 21例患者在对照组，接受常规护理； 21例患者在研究组，接受综合护理。对比两组患者的预后结果。结果 研究组的综合预后结果优于对照组， P<0.05，统计学有差异。结论 术后行气管切开可避免窒息，但容易发生并发症，综合护理可以有效预防并发症，适合临床使用。

Abstract: Objective To explore the nursing points of patients with cerebral hemorrhage after tracheotomy. Methods a total of 42 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage and tracheotomy after operation in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into different nursing modes. 21 patients in the control group received routine nursing care; 21 patients in the study group received comprehensive nursing. The prognosis of the two groups were compared. Results the comprehensive prognosis of the study group was better than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion tracheotomy can avoid asphyxia, but it is prone to complications. Comprehensive nursing can effectively prevent complications, which is suitable for clinical use.
