摘要
【摘 要】目的：探究通过中医体质辨证分型治疗育龄期女性月经不调的效果。方法：将本院妇科门诊进行治疗的 90例月经不调育龄期女性纳入研究，择取时间为 2018年 3月至 2020年 3月，采用双盲法分组，设置研究组与对照组患者各组均为 45例，对照组患者全部采用西医常规治疗手段，而将中医体质辨证分型治疗法应用于研究组患者，治疗观察结束后，对比两组患者的疗效。结果：比对两组患者的疗效，研究组患者有效率更具优势，差异存在统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论：相对西医治法，中医体质辨证对育龄期女性月经不调的疗效更加显著。

[Abstract] Objective: To explore the effect of TCM Constitution syndrome differentiation on irregular menstruation of women of childbearing age. Methods: 90 cases of women of childbearing age with irregular menstruation were selected from March 2018 to March 2020 in the gynecology outpatient department of our hospital. They were divided into study group and control group with 45 cases in each group. All patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine treatment, while TCM Constitution syndrome differentiation therapy was applied to the study group After treatment, the curative effect of the two groups was compared. Results: compared with the efficacy of two groups of patients, the study group had more advantages in effective rate, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: compared with western medicine, TCM constitution differentiation has more significant effect on irregular menstruation of women of childbearing age.
