InJAC19,IinvestigatedListsofMonthlyBarley-WheatDistributionsandAllowances(se-garziz-garsa-dug4itid-da),withregardtothetypesandamountoffodderprovidedtodonkeysfromtheruleofEnentarzitotheendyearsofUrukagina.Inthispaper,IfoundthatfromUrukaginaYear5,ii(2ndmonth),thedailyfodderfordonkeys,andthenumberoftypesofdonkeys,weregreatlyreduced.EconomicdeclineoccurredinthereignofUrukagina,kingofLagash,fromthefifthyearon,possiblyasaresultofpoliticaldecline.ThefactthatthearchiveoftheHouseofTheLadyendsinUrukagina'sseventhyearmayimplythatitisinthisyearthatLugalzaggesi,kingofUmma,capturedLagashandGirsu.
