摘要 TheenergymodelwasfoundedtocalculatethecriticalpowerofkeyholeformationbyusingthelimitprincipleinCW(continuouswave)Nd:YAGlaserdeeppenetrationweldingprocess.Themodelwasvalidatedbyexperiments.Theresultsshowthattherearetwoerrorsbetweenthecalculatedcriticalpowerofkeyholeformationandthatofexperiments:oneisthatthecalculatedresultsislessthanthoseofexperiments,whichiscausedbynotconsideringtheenergylossby!heatconductioninthemodelofkeyholeformation.Theotheristhatthereis0/9mmerrorbetweentheaxisofthecalculatedcurveofcriticalpowerwithlocationoflaserfocusandthatofexperimentalcurve,whichisinducedbytheexcursionoflaserfocusinlaserdeeppenetrationwelding.Atlast,thetwoerrorswererevisedaccordingtotheanalysesoftheerrors.
