摘要
Inthispaper,theX-raynondestructivetestmethodofsmalldefectsinprecisionweldmentswithcomplexstructurewaspresented.Toresolvethedifficultyofdefectsegmentationinvariablegreyimage,theimageprocessingbasedonVisualBasicprogrammingmethodwasadopted.ThemethodsofautomaticcontrastandpartialgreystretchwereusedtoenhancetheX-raydetectionimagewhichhasrelativelylowcontrast,thenautomaticthresholdmethodwascarriedouttosegmentthetwohighintensityzones,andweldzoneswhichcontainthesmalldefectswasextracted.Smoothingandsharpenprocessingwereproceededontheextractedweldzones,andsmalldefectsinX-raydetectionimageofweldmentswithcomplexstructureweresegmentedbyusingthemethodofbackgroundsubtractionintheend.Theeffectsofrasterwereeliminated,andbecauseofthattheimageprocessingwasonlyproceededontheextractedweldzones,thecalculatedspeedusingtheaboveprovidedalgorithmwasimproved.
