Statistical analysis on temporal-spatial correlativity within temporal doublets of strong earthquakes in North China and its vicinity*-中国期刊网

摘要 Inordertounifythetimeandthespaceattributesintotemporal-spatialdistance,thetemporal-spatialproportionalcoefficientfTSisproposedinthispaper.Inaccordancewiththenewdistanceconcept,thetemporal-spatialcorrelativitywithintemporaldoubletsofstrongearthquakesinNorthChinaanditsvicinitysinceAD1500hasbeenanalyzed.ThecomputationresultsindicatethatdoubletsofstrongearthquakecanbedividedintotwogroupswhenfTSisendowedwith10km/ainthenewdistanceformula.Thetemporal-spatialdistancebetweentwopointsofdoubletgenerallycannotexceed140kmwhentwostrongquakesindoublethavesomecausativerelation.Andthosedoubletswithtemporal-spatialdistanceexceeding280kmareprobablyindependentseismiceventsindoublets.Thischaractercanbethereferencetothemigrationlawsummarizationandtrendprediction.
