Synthesis and Herbicidal Activity of Novel 5-Substituted Benzenesulfonylureas-中国期刊网

摘要 Sulfonylureaherbicideshavebeenwidelyusedbecauseoftheirlowapplicationrates,goodcropselectivitiesandlowmammaliantoxicities.However,somesulfonylureasmightpersistunfavourablyintheenvironmentwithresidualproblems.Inordertolookforecologicallysaferandenvironmentallybenignsulfonylureas,andonkeepingthepyrimidineringbeingmonosubstituted,15novelC5-monosubstitutedbenzenesulfonylureacompoundsweresynthesized.Thestructuresofallthecompoundssynthesizedwereconfirmedbyelementalanalysisand1HNMR.PreliminaryherbicidalactivitiesofthesenewsulfonylureacompoundsweredeterminedbyALSscreening(invitro)andpotbioassayexperiments(invivo).TheherbicidalresultsshowthatsomenovelsulfonylureasarecomparabletocommercialForamsulfuronandMonosulfuron.
