摘要 UsingNCC/IAPT63coupledatmosphere-oceangeneralcirculationmodel(AOGCM),two20-yrintegra-tionswereprocessed,andtheirabilitytosimulatecloudandradiationwasanalysedindetail.Theresultsshowthatthemodelcansimulatethebasicdistributionofcloudcover,andhowever,obviousdifferencesstillexistcomparedwithISCCPsatellitedataandERAreanalysisdata.Thesimulatedcloudcoverislessingeneral,especiallytheabnormallowvaluesinsomeregionsofocean.Byimprovingthecloudcoverscheme,simulatedcloudcoverintheeasternPacificandAtlantic,summerhemisphere'soceansfromsubtropicaltomid-latitudeisconsiderablyimproved.ButinthetropicalIndianOceanandWestPacificthecloudcoverdifferenceisstillevident,mainlyduetothedeficiencyofhighcloudsimulationintheseregionsresultingfromdeepcumulusconvection.Intermsoftheanalysisonradiationandcloudradiativeforcing,wefindthatsimulationonlongwaveradiationisbetterthanshortwaveradiation.Thesimulationerrorofshortwaveradiationiscausedmostlybythesimulationdifferenceinshortwaveradiativeforcing,seaice,andsnowcover,andalsobynotinvolvingaerosol'seffect.Thesimulationerroroflongwaveradiationismainlyresultingfromdeficiencyinsimulatingcloudcoverandunderlyingsurfacetemperature.Correspondingtoimprovementofcloudcover,thesimulatedradiation(especiallyshortwaveradiation)ineasternoceans,summerhemisphere'soceansfromsubtropicaltomid-latitudeisremarkablyimproved.Thisalsobringsobviousimprovementtonetradiationintheseregions.
