摘要 Cytokineslikeinterferons(IFNs)playacentralroleinregulatinginnateandspecificimmunitiesagainstthepathogensandneoplasticcells.AnumberofsignalingpathwaysareinducedinresponsetoIFNinvariouscells.OneclassicmechanismemployedbyIFNsistheJAK-STATsignalingpathwayforinducingcellularresponses.Herewedescribethenon-STATpathwaysthatparticipateinIFN-inducedresponses.Inparticular,wewillfocusontheroleplayedbytranscriptionfactorC/EBP-βinmediatingtheseresponses.
