Sinus Bradycardia and Multiple Episodes of Sinus Arrest With Lasting Period of More Than 14 Seconds Following Administration of Metoprolol： A Case Report-中国期刊网

摘要 AbstractAnagedmalepatientwithcoronaryheartdiseasewhichhadbeentreatedwithcoronaryarterybypassgrafts(CABG)andadministrationofmetoprolol,presentedparoxysmalvertigointhepreviousthreeweeks.The24hourssynchronic12-leaddynamicelectrocardiography(DCG)revealedmanyepisodesofsinusarrestwhichmostlywerefollowedbyA-Vjunctionalorventricularescaperhythm,thelongestsinuspauselastingmorethan14.5secondswithnosymptom.Afterwithdrawalofmetoprolol,theDCGrevealedmuchlessepisodesofsinusarrestthanon-admission,butstillsomeA-Vjunctionalandventricularescapebeats.Sicksinussyndromeswasthendiagnosed,andasynchronousdual-chamberpacemaker(DDDR)wasimplantedtwoweeksafteradmission.
