THREE-DIMENSIONAL NON-HYDROSTATIC MODEL FOR FREE-SURFACE FLOWS WITH UNSTRUCTURED GRID-中国期刊网

摘要 Thethree-dimensionalNavier-Stokesequationsweresolvedwiththefractionalstepmethodwherethehydrostaticpressurecomponentwasdeterminedfirst,whilethenon-hydrostaticcomponentofthepressurewascomputedfromthepressurePoissonequationinwhichthecoefficientmatrixispositivedefiniteandsymmetric.Theeddyviscositywascalculatedfromtheefficientk-εturbulencemodel.TheresultingmodeliscomputationallyefficientandunrestrictedtotheCFLcondition.Computationswithandwithouthydrostaticapproximationwerecomparedforthesamecasestotestthevalidityoftheconventionalhydrostaticpressureassumption.Themodelwasverifiedagainstanalyticalsolutionsandexperimentaldata,withexcellentagreement.
