摘要
Indespiteoffluctuationinrecentyears,thegrainyieldinChinahasbeenincreasing,whichrelievestheconflictbetweensupplyanddemandandturnsthesituationoffoodsecuritygood.However,becauseoftherapidincreaseinfoodconsumption,theconflictsoffoodqualityandstructureinthesupplyanddemandequilibriumhasbecomemoreandmoreobviousandthelong-effectivemechanismoffoodsecurityhasnotbeenestab-lishedyet.ItisfoundthatthefactorsaffectingfoodsecurityinChinaincludethescarcityanddissipationofresources,farmers’lowenthusiasminplantinggraincropsandtheinappropriatenessoftheemphasisandmeasuresofmacro-economicregulationandcontrol.Therefore,theauthorsadvancetooptimizeresourcesallocation,strengthenmacro-economicregulationandcontrolandpolicystimulationandestablishthemechanismofallocatinggrainproductioncost,tosetupthelong-effectivemechanismofChinafoodsecurityandkeepitstableinthelongterm.
