摘要 Thisarticleinvestigatedanexistingsteadypatternofcollapseandrebound(disintegrationandaggregation)ofcavitationbubblesnearrigidboundaryinacousticfield.Adeformationprocessofcavitationbubblewasaccomplishedintwoacousticcycles,namely,asphericalbubblecollapsedtowardstheboundarytoitsminimumvolumeandthenreboundedandgrewintoatoroidalbubble(ortwoindividualbubbles)inoneacousticcycle,andthetoroidalbubble(ortwoindividualbubbles)collapsedtowardsthecenterofringtoitsminimumvolume,andthenreboundedintoasphericalbubbleinthenextacousticcycle.Inertiaforceplaysakeyroleinthetransitionbetweenthesetwostates.Themicrojetproducedduringthecollapseofsphericalbubbleandtheshockwaveproducedduringthecollapseoftoroidalbubble(ortwoindividualbubbles)impactstheboundaryalternately.Acavitationbubbleoperatinginthispatterncanthusbeaneffectivecorrosionmechanismofrigidboundary.
