摘要
TheRamanspectrafromleukemiccellline（HL60）andnormalhumanperipheralbloodmononuclearceils（PBMCs）areobtainedbyconfocalmicro-Ramanspectroscopyusingnear-infraredlaser（785nm）excitation.Thescanningrangeisfrom500to2000cm-1.ThetwoaverageRamanspectraofnormalPBMCsandcarcinomacellshavecleardifferencesbecausetheirstructureandamountofnucleicacid,protein,andothermajormoleculesarechanged.Thespectraarealsocomparedandanalyzedbyprincipalcomponentanalysis（PCA）todemonstratethetwodistinctclustersofnormalandtransformedcells.Thesensitivityofthistechniqueforidentifyingtransformedcellsis100%.更多还原
