Study on Lumped Kinetic Model for FDFCC Ⅱ. Validation and Prediction of Model

摘要 Onthebasisofformulatingthe9-lumpkineticmodelforgasolinecatalyticupgradingandthe12-lumpkineticmodelforheavyoilFCC,thispaperisaimedatdevelopmentofacombinedkineticmodelforatypicalFDFCCprocessafteranalyzingthecoupledrelationshipandcombinationofthesetwomodels.Themodelisalsoverifiedbyusingcommercialdata,theresultsofwhichshowedthatthemodelcanbetterpredicttheproductyieldsandtheirquality,withtherelativeerrorsbetweenthemainproductsoftheunitandcommercialdatabeinglessthanfivepercent.Furthermore,thecombinedmodelisusedtopredictandoptimizetheoperatingconditionsforgasolineriserandheavyoilriserinFDFCC.SothispapercanoffersomeguidancefortheprocessingofFDFCCandisinstructivetomodelresearchanddevelopmentofsuchmulti-reactorprocessandcombinedprocess.
