摘要
Weldingtransformeriswidelyusedinindustrymanufacturing,depletingalargePortionofelectricityenergy.Basedonmoderncomputerandmathematicalprogramming,Optimundesignofelectro-magneticdevicesleadstohighlyefficientuseofenergrandmaterials.Arcweldingtransformerisoptimizedhere.Amathematicalmodel,consideringbothproductivecostandoperatinglosses,whichiscalledarEconomical-through-Lifetransformer,isestab-lished.Mixedfunctionmethod,mixeddispersingvariablemethodandimprovedorthogonalmethodhavebeenappliedtocarryouttheoptimizationcalculations.ResultshowsthatthepowerfactorisquiteimportantinanEconmi-cal-through-Lifetransformer,andthatsomeprinciplesmustbefollowedinthedesignwork.Alsodiscussedarethead-vantagesanddisadvantagesofthethreemethods.Intheend,theprospectofoptimumdesignofweldingtransformerisforecast.
