摘要
ThispaperstudiesSyntheticApertureRadar(SAR)imagescontaminatedbythecoherentspecklenoisewiththemultiresolutionanalysisofwavelettransform.ThisstudyshowsthattheinfluencesofthespeckleondifferentfrequencycomponentsoftheSARimagearedifferent,andthattheSARimageandthespecklehavedifferentmannersofsingularity.So,thispaperpresentsadenoisingmethodofwaveletanalysistoreducethespeckle.Someexperimentsapprovethatthismethodnotonlysuppressesthespeckleeffectively,butalsopreservesasmuchtargetcharacteristicsoftheoriginalimageaspossible.ItshowsthatthisdenoisingmethodofwaveletanalysisoffersaveryattractivealternativetosuppressthecoherentspecklenoiseoftheSARimage.
