摘要
TheeffectofLaelementonthemechanicalpropertiesandconstitutionnearbygrainboundaryinaCo-basesuperalloyCo-22Ni-22Cr-14kduring760℃ageinghasbeeninvestigatedbyAESandmaterialtesting.ResultsshowthatelementLacanbeinastateofsolidsolutionandsegregatesmainlyatthevicinityofgrainboundaries.ThepriorsegregationofLaatomscanaffectsegregationbehaviourofotherelements,sothatexertsinfluenceonmicrostructureofthealloy,ParticularlyincreasingofLacontentcandecreasePconcentrationatthevicinityofgrainboundariesbutnotdecreaseSconcentration.StogetherwithLaproducecosegregationeffect.ThecontentofLahasnoobviouseffectonhightemperaturestrength.WhenthecontentofLacomesupto0.02wt-％,itcanobviouslyimprovethehightemperatureductility.
