摘要 Toreviewthecardiacprotectiveeffectsofwineintakeandrecommendmoderatewineconsumptionasaprimarypreventionstrategyforcoronaryarterydiseases(CAD).Systematicallyreviewformerstudiesonthewineconsumption(redwineandyellowwine)bysearchingtheMedlinedatabaseandotherrelatedcitations,andinvestigatepossibleprotectivepathways.Regularmoderatewineintakecanbenefitheartfromacutecoronarysymptom(ACS)attacking;reducetherelativeriskofmorbidityandmortalityfromCAD.Itmightnotbeimperativetoaskpeopletostopdrinking;inversely,wesuggestmoderatewineconsumptionasapreventivestrategyinCADforitsguardingcontribution.
