摘要 Anewmethodisproposedtogeneratemicrowaveandmillimeter-wavebyusingpolarizationscramblerandpolarizationmaintainingfiber(PMF),whichisbasedonthecouplingandtheinteractionbetweenthetwopolarizationsoftheinitialnon-chirpGaussianopticalpulseinPMF.Theexpressionsofthemicrowaveandmillimeter-wavearederivedbycouple-modetheory.Moreover,thefeasibilityisanalyzedsimulatedly.Atlast,0-120GHzmicrowaveandmillimeter-wavecanbeproducedbyadjustingsystemparameterorinputpulseduration.Theprojectisofgreatsimplicity,stabilityandhighexportefficiency.
