摘要
ThisstudyresearchestheeffectsoftherefiningtreatmentonthemicrostructureandthemechanicalpropertiesofH13mandrelsteelandcomparestheseeffectswiththoseoftheconventionaltreatment.Theresultsindicatethatbothcarbideparticlesandgrainswererefined,carbideparticleswereuniformlydistributedbytherefiningtreatment,andtherefore,thestrengthandtoughnessofH13mandrelsteelwereimproved.Rapidcoolingafterthesolutiontreatmentmayinhibitintra-granularprecipitationofcarbideparticles,whichisfavorabletoenhancingtoughness.Consequently,high-performanceH13mandrelsteelcanbeproducedbyproperrefiningtreatment.
