Differential Diagnosis of Warthin＇s Tumor Complicated with Lung Adenocarcinoma by 18F- FDG PET/CT Imaging and Radioisotope Scanning with Tc-99m Pertechnetate： A Case Report and Literature Review-中国期刊网

摘要 Aseventyeightyearsoldmalepatientunderwentawholebody18F-FDGPET/CTimagingtodiagnosethelesionwhichwasshowedintherightlungbyachestXraytestandCTscanbefore.Besidestheintense18F-FDGuptakeofthelesionintherightlung,alesionintheleftparotidglandalsoshowedintense18F-FDGuptake.Toevaluatethepathologyofthelesionintheleftparotidgland,aparotidglandscintigraphyimagingwithTc-99mpertechnetatewasdoneandrevealedaWarthin'stumor.Laterafineneedleaspiration(FNA)confirmedthatitwasaWarthin'stumor.
