摘要
1089strainsofyeastswereobtainedfromseawater,seasediments,mudofseasalterns,gutsofmarinefishes,mangroveplantsandmarinealgae.Theresultsofroutineidentificationandmolecularanalysismethodsshowthat44strainsamongthemarineyeastsobtainedinthisstudybelongtoCandidatropicalis,whichmayindicateitswidedistributionindifferentenvironment,especiallyinthetropicalandsubtropicalmarineenvironment.ThewidedistributionofC.tropicalisindicatesthatitmayplayanimportantroleinmarineenvironmentandthemarineenvironmentinturnisagoodsourceforobtainingC.tropicalis.
