摘要 Polyvinylidenefluoride(PVDF)hollowfibermembranespreparedfromspinningsolutionswithdifferentpolyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP)contents(1%and5%)atdifferentextrusionrateswereobtainedbywet/dryphaseprocesskeepingallotherspinningparametersconstant.InspinningthesePVDFhollowfibers,dimethylacetamide(DMAc)andPVPwereusedasasolventandanadditive,respectively.Waterwasusedastheinnercoagulant.Dimethylformamide(DMF)andwater(30/70)wereusedastheexternalcoagulant.Theperformancesofmembraneswerecharacterizedintermsofwaterflux,soluterejectionforthewetmembranes.ThestructureandmorphologyofPVDFhollowfiberwereexaminedbyBETadsorption,dry/wetweightmethodandscanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM).ItisfoundthattheincreaseinPVPcontentandextrusionrateofspinningsolutioncanresultintheincreaseofwaterfluxanddecreaseofsoluterejection.Theimprovementsofinterconnectedporousstructureandporesizeareinducedbyshear-thinningbehaviorofspinningsolutionathighextrusionrates,whichcouldresultintheincreaseofwaterfluxofhollowfibermembranes.Theincreaseofextrusionratealsoleadstotheincreaseofmembranethicknessduetotherecoveryeffectofelasticpropertyofpolymerchains.
