摘要
Globalwarminghasexertedseverechallengesonthesustainabledevelopmentofeconomicsocietyandthefoodsecurity,resourcesecurity,energysecurityandecologicalsecurityoftheworld.Low-carboneconomyhasbecomethecurrenttrendoftheglobaleconomicdevelopment.Thus,theindustrialdevelopmentofChinamustseektheinstitutionalinnovationandtechnologicalinnovationsoastoimprovetheefficiencyofenergy.High-endindustryhasbecomethemainfactorofthefuturedevelopmentoftheeconomicsociety.Thus,todevelopthehigh-endindustryisanimportantapproachtorealizelow-carboneconomy.Thispaperexploresthestrategiesofthedevelopmentofnewlyemerginghigh-endindustriesagainstthebackgroundoflow-carboneconomyformsuchperspectivesaseffectiveuseofresources,theimprovementofindependentinnovativeability,andleadingthehigh-end,highqualityandhighefficiencyindustriestotheimportantregion.
