摘要
Withtheglobalwarmingandsealevelrising,itiswidelyrecognizedthatthereisanincreasingtendencyoftyphoonoccurrencefrequencyandintensity.Thedefensescodeagainsttyphoonattacksfornuclearpowerplantshouldbecalibratedbecauseoftheincreasingthreatoftyphoondisasterandsevereconsequences.Thispaperdiscussestheprobabilisticapproachofdefinitionsabout'probablemaximumtyphoon'and'probablemaximumstormsurge'innuclearsafetyregulationsofChinaandhasmadesomedesigncodecalibrationsbyuseofanewlyproposedDoubleLayerNestedMulti-objectiveProbabilityModel(DLNMPM).
