Discrepancy of the magnetic behaviors and crystalline structure on the Co/FeMn and FeMn/Co interfaces with ultrathin Pt spacer-中国期刊网

摘要 Theexchangecouplingattheferromagnetic/antiferromagnetic(FM/AFM)interfaceisinfluencedbyboththemagneticstructureandthecrystallinemicro-structure.Co/FeMn/Cothinfilmswith0.4nmPtspacerlayerinsertedintotheCo/FeMnandFeMn/Cointerfacerespectivelyweredepositedbymeansofmagnetronsputtering.ThetwointerfacesuponandbeneaththeFeMnlayershowdistinctbehaviorsbeforeandafterthePtspacerinserted.ThereisaremarkableshrinkoftheinterfacialuncompensatedspinswithintheFeMnbottominterfacialmonolayers,whereasarelaxationofthepinningstrengthoftheFeMninterfacialspinsalongtheout-of-planedirectionoccursatthetopinterface.XRDanalysisindicatesthePtlayerupontheFeMnlayerformsanfcc(002)texture,implyingthemagneticdiscrepancybetweenthetopandbottomFeMninterfaceshascrystallinestructuralorigins.
