Aggregatesignaturesareausefulprimitivewhichallowsaggregatingmanysignaturesondifferentmessagescomputedbydifferentusersintoasingleandconstant-lengthsignatureandadaptstoMobileAdhocNETwork(MANETs)verymuch.JuminSong,etal.presentedanID-basedaggregatesignature,appliedittoMANETsandproposedasecureroutingscheme.Inthiswork,weanalyzeJuminSong,etal.’saggregatesignatureschemeandfindsomelimitationsonitsbatchverification.Inaddition,inthiswork,weapplyCraigGentry,etal.’sID-basedaggregatesignaturetoon-demandroutingpro-tocoltopresentasecureroutingscheme.Ourschemenotonlyprovidessoundauthenticationandasecureroutingprotocolinadhocnetworks,butalsomeetsthenatureofMANETs.
