  • 简介:摘要目的探讨高仿真模拟教学法在急危重症护理课程中的教学效果。方法采用便利抽样法,2019年3—6月选取厦门学院2016级4年制护理本科生56名学生为研究对象,在急危重症护理学课程中开展高仿真模拟教学,采用Jeffries模拟教学设计量表(SDS)和小组开放式访谈评价学习效果。结果56名学生模拟教学自信心得分(3.80±0.80)分、满意度(4.00±0.62)分。小组访谈显示学生直接将所学的理论知识运用到工作情境中,使学生增强自主学习能力,反思模拟中的操作失误,引发思考,增强学习自信心和提升个人学习能力。结论急危重症护理学课程中采用高仿真模拟教学可提高护理本科生的自信心、自主学习能力、实践能力和综合素质,教学满意度高,具有可行性。

  • 简介:  【摘 要】目的:探讨踝关节骨折患者接受中医正骨配合手术治疗的临床价值。方法:选取我院 2018年 3月~ 2020年 3月踝关节骨折患者 76例,根据患者治疗方法的不同将其分为实验组和对照组,两组分别给予中医正骨与手术配合治疗及单纯手术治疗,对比两组踝关节骨折患者治疗效果的差异。结果:两组踝关节骨折患者治疗后的优良率、愈合时间、并发症以及社会功能、心理功能、躯体功能比较,差异有統计学意义( P<0.05)。结论:踝关节骨折患者接受中医正骨与手术配合治疗,可取得较高的价值,有利于患者疗效的提高,缩短患者的骨折愈合时间,对改善踝关节骨折患者的预后以及踝关节功能意义重大。    【关键词】踝关节骨折 ;中医正骨 ;手术    [Abstract] Objective: To explore the clinical value of traditional Chinese medicine bone setting combined with operation in ankle fracture patients. Methods: 76 patients with ankle fracture in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to different treatment methods. The two groups were treated with traditional Chinese medicine bone setting, operation and simple operation respectively, and the difference of treatment effect between the two groups was compared. Results: there were significant differences in excellent rate, healing time, complications, social function, psychological function and physical function between the two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of ankle fracture patients with traditional Chinese medicine bone setting and operation can obtain higher value, which is beneficial to the improvement of the curative effect of patients, shortening the time of fracture healing, and improving the prognosis and ankle function of patients with ankle fracture.
