简介：摘要目的探讨B超在乳腺病变穿刺活检诊断中的应用价值.方法回顾性分析１６５例超声检查有乳腺实性结节女性患者临床资料.结果B超穿刺检查１６５例女性乳腺结节癌症检出率为４０．６０％,２１５个结节癌症检出率５４．４２％.结论B超引导下穿刺是乳腺病变早期发现、早期诊断的较佳手段,灵敏度高,值得临床推广.关键词B型超声;乳腺;穿刺活检AbstractObjectivetoinvestigatethevalueofultrasoundinthediagnosisofbreastlesions．Methodstheclinicaldataof１６５femalecaseswithbreastsolidnoduＧlarwereanalyzedretrospectively．Result１６５femalepatientswithbreastnoduleswerediagnosedbyultrasound,cancerdetectionratewas４０．６０％,thedetectionrateof２１５ofthenodules５４．４２％．ConclusionTheultrasonicguidancebiopsyisabettermethodforearlydiagnosisofbreastlesions,andisworthyofclinicalpromotion．Keywordstype－Bultrasonic;galactophore;aspirationbiopsy中图分类号R７３７．９文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－０５２５－０１
