简介：摘要目的探讨芳香疗法应用对乳腺癌患者术前生理应激反应的干预影响.方法选取３０例常规乳腺癌手术术前患者,无精油过敏史、无高血压史、无心脏病史.按随机数字表分为２组,每组１５例,于术前一天上午、下午和睡前半小时分别给予两次不同的护理干预对照组(A组),静卧于病床２０min;实验组(B组),芳香疗法２０min.干预前(入院第二天晨起６００)和干预后(手术日晨起６００)分别测量患者血压、脉搏、呼吸值.结果在乳腺癌患者中生命体征B组数值相比A组显著升高.结论芳香疗法应用的护理措施可以有效减轻乳腺癌患者术前生理应激反应.关键词芳香疗法;乳腺癌患者;应激反应AbstractobjectiveToinvestigatetheeffectoftheapplicationofaromatictherapyonthephysiologicalstressresponseinpatientswithbreastcancer．Methods３０casesofpatientswithconventionalbreastcancersurgery,noessentialoilallergyhistory,nohistoryofhypertension,nohistoryofheart．AccordingtotheranＧdomnumbertableisdividedintotwogroups,１５casesineachgroup,inthepreoperativedaymorning,afternoonandbeforegoingtobedhalfanhourweregiventwodifferentnursinginterventioncontrolgroup(groupA),lyinginbedwith２０min;experimentalgroup(groupB)andaromatherapy２０min．BeforetheintervenＧtion(seconddaysbeforeadmission６００)andtheprognosis(６００)weremeasuredinpatientswithbloodpressure,pulse,respiratoryrate．Resultsinthepatientswithbreastcancer,theAgroupwassignificantlyhigherthanthatintheBgroup．ConclusiontheapplicationofthenursingmeasurescaneffectivelyreducethephysiolKoegyicwalorsdtsressresponseinpatientswithbreastcancer．aromatictherapy;breastcancerpatients;stressresponse中图分类号R４７３文献标识码A文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－１０３８－０１

简介：摘要ADR具有复杂多样的特点，一般可累及多个系统与器官，可给患者的身心健康带来非常严重的影响，因此需要强化ADR监测报告制度。本文分析了ADR监测报告中出现的主要问题，并在此基础上探讨了解决监测报告问题的相关对策，包括完善监测报告体系，全面了解ADR发生情况；建立责任追究机制，加大处罚力度；调整分级标准，充分发挥药师作用。
