简介：摘要目的探究产后出血应采取的护理措施和效果.方法选取２０１４年３月－２０１５年８月收治的６２例产后出血的产妇给予护理干预,实验组３５例患者给予综合护理,对照组２７例患者采取常规护理,比较两组患者的护理效果及护理满意度.结果实验组患者护理的总满意度为９１．４３％,对照组患者护理的总满意度为８１．４８％.实验组和对照组相比,护理满意度更高,有统计学意义(P＜０．０５).结论产后出血患者接受综合护理,可及时控制出血情况,促使患者对护理满意度的提高,效果显著,值得推荐.关键词产后出血;综合护理;护理效果AbstractObjectivetoexplorethenursingmeasuresandeffectofpostpartumhemorrhageshouldbetaken．SelectionmethodsMarch２０１４－August２０１５of６２casesofpostpartumhemorrhageinourhospitalmaternalgivenursingintervention,theexperimentalgroup３５patientsweregivencomprehensivenursing,controlgroup２７patientstakeroutinenursingcare,comparedtwogroupsofpatientsandthenursingeffectofnursingsatisfaction．Resultsthepatientcareoverallsatisfactionwas９１．４３％,controlgrouptotalsatisfactionwas８１．４８％ofpatientcare．Comparedtotheexperimentalgroupandcontrolgroup,withstatisticalsignifiＧcance(P＜０．０５)．Conclusionpostpartumhemorrhagepatientsreceivedcomprehensivenursing,cantimelycontrolofbleeding,encouragepatientstoimprovethenursingsatisfaction,obviouseffect,isworthtorecommend．Keywordspostpartumhemorrhage;Comprehensivenursingcare;Nursingeffect中图分类号R４７３．７文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－０９４２－０２
