简介：　　【摘 要】目的：分析保温护理对手术室患者术中应激的作用。方法：选取我院 2016.10-2019.3期间收治的 110例手术室患者，随机分组，对照组（ 55例 ;常规护理），研究组（ 55例 ;常规护理 +保温护理），护理后，比较两组的效果。结果：护理后，研究组的体温均高于对照组（ P<0.05） ;术中低温症发生率低于对照组（ P<0.05），术中应激指标情况均优于对照组。结论：保温护理能减少手术室患者的术中应激反应，值得临床推广。  　　【关键词】保温护理 ;手术室 ;术中应激 ;作用  　　 [Abstract] Objective: to analyze the effect of heat preservation nursing on intraoperative stress of patients in operating room. Methods: 110 operating room patients admitted in our hospital from October 2016 to March 2019 were randomly divided into control group (55 cases; routine nursing), research group (55 cases; routine nursing + heat preservation Nursing). After nursing, the effects of the two groups were compared. Results: after nursing, the body temperature of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05), the incidence of hypothermia during operation was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05), and the stress index during operation was better than that of the control group. Conclusion: heat preservation nursing can reduce intraoperative stress response of patients in operating room, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
