简介：　　【摘 要】目的：探讨老年性皮肤瘙痒的危险因素及护理对策。方法：选择本院 2018年 1月至 2019年 12月收治的 76例老年皮肤性瘙痒患者，采用问卷调查的方法收集患者的一般资料，包括性别、年龄、洗澡物质、饮食、情绪、夫妻关系、是否饮用咖啡、内衣着装、衣物洗涤剂等内容，采用单因素分析法分析老年性皮肤瘙痒患者的危险因素。结果：危险因素分析结果表明，浓茶、辛辣刺激性或海鲜类饮食、家庭成员关系紧张、情绪易激动、较紧内衣着装、咖啡、洗衣粉洗涤衣物是老年性皮肤瘙痒的危险因素， P<0.05。结论：老年性皮肤瘙痒的危险因素包括浓茶、辛辣刺激性或海鲜类饮食、家庭成员关系紧张、情绪易激动、较紧内衣着装、咖啡、洗衣粉洗涤衣物，需从这些方面给予积极护理干预。  　　【关键词】老年性皮肤瘙痒 ;危险因素 ;护理对策 ;饮食 ;情绪  　 Objective: To explore the risk factors and nursing countermeasures of senile pruritus. Methods: a total of 76 elderly patients with pruritus in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected. The general data of the patients were collected by questionnaire survey, including gender, age, bath material, diet, mood, marital relationship, whether to drink coffee, underwear, laundry detergent and so on factor. Results: the results of risk factor analysis showed that strong tea, spicy or seafood diet, tense family members, emotional irritability, tight underwear, coffee, washing powder and washing clothes were the risk factors of senile pruritus, P < 0.05. Conclusion: the risk factors of senile pruritus include strong tea, spicy or seafood diet, tense family members, emotional irritability, tight underwear, coffee, washing powder, washing clothes, which need to be actively nursing intervention.

简介：　　【摘要】 目的 研究分析银屑病的临床护理。 方法 此次研究的对象是选取我院 2018年 1月至 2020年 1月收治的 50例银屑病惠者，给予针对性治疗，实施心理护理、饮食护理、体温护理、皮肤护理与出院指导。 结果 经过护理后，所有病患者病情均明显好转，住院时间为 3周，平均为 15d，全部病例治愈出院。 结论 针对银屑病患者，实施精心护理，可有效提高患者治愈率，减少住院时间，值得临床推广应用。  　　【关键词】 银屑病；临床；护理  Objective to study and analyze the clinical nursing of psoriasis. Methods 50 cases of psoriasis patients in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and given targeted treatment. Psychological nursing, diet nursing, body temperature nursing, skin care and discharge guidance were implemented. Results after nursing, the condition of all patients improved significantly, the hospitalization time was 3 weeks, the average was 15 days, all cases were cured and discharged. Conclusion for patients with psoriasis, the implementation of careful care, can effectively improve the cure rate of patients, reduce the length of hospital stay, worthy of clinical application.
