  • 简介:TheunstabledimensionaldistortionofLF21aluminumalloyweldmentsatroomtemperatureandafterthermalcycleswasstudiedbyuseoflightinterferenceandCMM.Atthesametime,distortionmechanismwasanalyzedfromtheviewpointofmechanicsandmicrostructure.ExperimentalresultsshowthatthereexistsobviousdifferenceofunstabledimensionaldistortionbetweenLF21weldedspecimensundertwoconditionsmentionedabove.Underroomtemperature,dimensionalvariationofweldedspecimenswilldecreasegraduallyandfinallytendstobestableduring130hafterwelding.Therelativeelongationofweldedspecimenis4.2×10-5.Afterthermalcycles,distortionofweldedspecimenismuchlargerthanthatatroomtemperature.After11thermalcycles,thedimensionwilltendtobestable.Dimensionalunstabledistortionofweldmentsmainlyresultsfromtemperaturecondition,microstructurevariationandrelaxationofweldingresidualstress.

  • 简介:Adigitalcontrolofpulsedgasmetalarcweldinginverterwasproposed.AcontrolsystemconsistingofanaloguepartswasreplacedwithanewdigitalcontrolimplementedinaTMS320LF2407ADSPchip.Thedesignandconstructionalfeaturesofthewholedigitalcontrolwerepresented.TheresourcesoftheDSPchipwereefficientlyutilizedandthecircuitsareveryconcise,whichcanenhancethestabilityandreliabilityofweldinginverter.Experimentalresultsdemonstratethatthedevelopeddigitalcontrolhastheabilitytoaccomplishtheexcellentpulsedgasmetalarcweldingprocessandthemeritsofthedevelopeddigitalcontrolarestableweldingprocess,littlespatterandperfectweldappearance.

  • 简介:随着核电、高铁、海洋工程等行业的发展,现有焊接人才已满足不了经济发展和技术创新的需求,有的已影响到新产品的开发和质量控制,尤其是应用焊接人才已成为阻碍产业升级的重要因素。笔者结合多年来参加焊接工程项目的体会,从应用焊接人才培养的紧迫性入手,分析了目前应用焊接人才培养中存在的问题,探索性的提出了解决问题的策略,并就如何实现高质量、快节奏培养应用焊接人才方法进行了探讨。
