简介:未来5-10年,中国将成长为世界第一大经济体,中国周边的大亚太地区则将成长为全球地缘政治中心区,这两个“成长”已经引起亚太地缘政治格局激烈、复杂的调整。今后一个时期,大亚太地区将出现两种截然对立的地缘政治“范式”之争,相关各国将不得不在两种对立范式之间进行艰难选择,其中第一种范式是“零和范式”,即亚太各主要力量围绕中美划线,形成集团对抗;第二种范式是和平合作范式,即亚太各国以和平合作为手段化解相互间的分歧、冲突,亚太一体化进程不断取得进展。这两种截然对立的地缘政治范式及相关各国的地缘政治选择,必然要对中国的地缘战略环境及战略选择产生不同的影响。中国的亚太地缘战略应力避第一种范式,力争第二种范式,并应积极引导亚太相关力量进行类似的选择。
