简介:Anewpreparationmethodhasbeendevelopedforthermallystableporouspolyimidemicrospheres.Porouspolyimidemicrosphereswerepreparedusingtriblockcopolymersthatconsistedofathermallystablepolyimidederivedfrompyromelliticdianhydride/4,4’-oxydianilineasthecontinuousphaseandathermallylabilepolyetherasthedispersedphase.Spheresofcopolymersweregeneratedinanonaqueousemulsionandthengraduallyheatedtocompletetheimidizationtoformamicrophase-separatedstructure.Subsequently,thermaltreatmentataslightlyreducedpressureremovedthelabileblocksandproducedpores.Undersuitabledecompositionconditions,theporesizeoftheporouspolyimidewasintherangeof200-400nm.

简介:Theplasticdeformationsoftemperedmartensitesteelrepresentativevolumeelementswithdifferentmartensiteblockstructureshavebeeninvestigatedbyusinganonlocalcrystalplasticitymodelwhichconsidersisotropicandkinematichardeningproducedbyplasticstraingradients.Itwasfoundthatpronouncedstraingradientsoccurinthegrainboundaryregionevenunderhomogeneousloading.Theisotropichardeningofstraingradientsstronglyinfluencestheglobalstress–straindiagramwhilethekinematichardeningofstraingradientsinfluencesthelocaldeformationbehaviour.Itisfoundthattheadditionalstraingradienthardeningisnotonlydependentontheblockwidthbutalsoonthemisorientationsorthedeformationincompatibilitiesinadjacentblocks.
